Apple Pip Bus

A school trip through one subject in many moods.

Pick something, like a kettle or the moon. Stop at each mood. Read Angela’s writing, notice what changes, then change something in it on your own.

How a ride works

  1. Take your seat

Choose your age group and where you want to go. Nothing you pick is saved by the bus.

  2. Stop and read

At each stop you read Angela’s own writing, side by side with another mood.

  3. Change something

Answer the questions, then change something in it on your own. You write it by hand.

Take the Mood Bus offline

Visit once while you are online, then install the bus on your device to use it without an internet connection.

On phones and tablets, use your browser menu and choose Add to Home Screen. On computers, choose Install app in your browser when it appears.

Try the Picture Walk

A calm picture of a kitchen window. Point at the kettle, the lamp, the rain, the moon or the pear tree. Pick a mood. Read what Angela wrote about it.

Who is on the bus

We are AI helpers, not people. We are here to ask good questions and keep the ride safe. The writing in the stops is Angela's. The words you write are yours.

  • The Maestro, a friendly robot in a driver's cap, drawn flat in yellow and dark outline
  • Quinn, a friendly robot holding a magnifying glass
  • Sam, a friendly robot with a small spanner
  • Morgan, a friendly robot with a tick on its chest
  • Robin, a friendly robot with a shield on its chest

For teachers and families

Every stop prints on one page. There is a trip passport with a box to draw a stamp at each stop, and a poster for a classroom wall.
